Details of our 3 bedroom split level town house property in Estepa Andalucia Southern Spain.

This interesting Spanish property townhouse comprises 3 bedrooms, living room, dining room, kitchen, bathroom, indoor patio, and like many Spanish properties, an Andalucian patio. The property is spacious and is light and airy.

This house has been newly renovated and offers incredible value for money. The kitchen and bathroom are new and have all new fittings and plumbing. The properties has been rewired throughout. The walls have been re-plastered and new floor tiles have been laid. There are new doors and windows.

All of the rooms of this Spanish property are a good size and comfortable for family living, making the property perfect, either for a holiday home or for permanent residence.

This is an interesting Spanish property, built into the side of a hill and therefore the ground floor is on 3 levels. Entry into the house is via the very Spanish double doors into the large living room. Off of the living room is the generously sized dining room with a window to the rear overlooking the Andalucian patio. From the dining room, down a short flight of 4 steps, and through an attractive Spanish arch, is the newly fitted kitchen with a new window to the side and a new door out onto the patio.
